Foundation Huacaya Alpacas

Evaluated by Mike Safley to be my best 2013 cria. She does have great conformation to go with that impeccable fiber! Her fleece is very bright with uniformity of character and micron! Beautiful bundling and density. Great dust line courtesy of her crimp and density! She has a very sweet nature and is easy to handle. Her first cria, tronador's buttercup was a hit at the first Snow Diamond Select Auction. She was the second highest selling female. She had tons of attention and everyone seemed awed and pleased to feel and see her. Her second cria was another exquisite female also sure by tronador who sold as soon as she hit the market. Her fleece was every bit as beautiful as the last cria. Jade's last cria from Tronador born in 2020 was another hit, Paca Paradise Princess Fiona. Fiona has been moved into our foundation herd being that she is the last from this cross. After losing Tronador in 2021 we selected to breed her to North Plains full Accoyo male, Amber Autumn Accoyo Selcier for a 2023 cria.

If you are looking for density, brightness, and great uniformity of micron then this is your girl. Her density is SPECTACULAR. A bright silky fleece with a bolder crimp. Her best fleeces will come after this first fleece which is already gorgeous. That is the trait of a silky, you always have to wait for the best <3 Update: Haiku sheared a 7.2lb blanket in 2022 of grade 2 fiber that is uniform in micron. She is also the dam of one of our top cria of 2022.

Incredibly fine and uniform in micron. Such a pleasing personality too. Gentle and sweet to go with her good looks and fantastic crimpy and bright fiber! Coming up on breeding age, so it will be very exciting to pair her with the right male!! I love this girl!

Beautiful girl, lovely fleece.

Sweet girl with very nice handling roan fleece and a proven dam. She has been an excellent mother with an abundance of milk. Her son at side who is not included has verylovely fiber. Bred to ARBF Tango!

Angela is a genetic dream. She had a fabulous phenotype and exceptionally fine fleece that is uniform in micron. Next year, she will be a show stopper. This year her fleece got quite dirty from the tui tips and she could not be shown. Such a shame because I think she would have done very well.
